Inconsistent housekeeping service!!! The hot tub needs refurbishing and the HVAC unit blew onto the bed all night!!! Poor communication about amenities can ruin expectations!!! The carpet and paint appeared worn!!!

Family weekend heroes

We had a spacious suite, super clean and comfy. The hot breakfast? That was a pleasant surprise. A good variety and tasty enough for my girls.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but still reasonable for what you get.

the bathroom could use a thorough cleaning , but the breakfast was really impressive with fresh scrambled eggs and a nice selection of meats. the front desk staff were super friendly and the workout area was well equipped.

The room was spacious and generally comfy. The full kitchen came in handy, and the bed height was perfect—not too high. But it could have been cleaner. I noticed dusty spots on the headboard and some hair in the shower. The breakfast was a highlight. they had hot scrambled eggs, sausages, and even taco fixings. Honestly, that made up for a lot.

the hotel is in a fantastic spot, just a short walk from ellis park and nearby dining options like cedar grille, making it super easy to enjoy local attractions while enjoying spacious and clean rooms and friendly staff during our stay. The evening light meal and breakfasts were great too.
